Returns



 

  • We do accept returns if for some reason we are unable to satisfy your expectation.
  • Our Returns period lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping is chargeable if you would like a pick-up service. The charge will vary depending on the ship-to address. In case you choose to return the product on your own, then please ship to the address below and notify us via an email :

  • You will find 2 Return Ship Labels in every order you place, to make it easier for you to ship back to our address.

 

Refunds

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You can also check Easy Return for the status.
  • If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. The time it takes for this refund to show up in your account is dependent on the banks or relevant service providers and can vary.

 

Late or missing refunds

 

  • There are instances wherein the processing of refunds takes longer than the usual 7-15 days. This is not the normal course and we will assist you in tracing it back to your account.
  • Please contact us at hello@korra.in or on +91 11 4176 4176 (9.30am-6pm IST) and we will initiate the enquiry from our end.
  • It is always a good idea to check in with your back or credit card company as they will have visibility on the latest status, and share that information with us to hasten the posting.

 

Sale items

 

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

 

  • If you would like another size then we will replace your product for another size of your choice.
  • Replacement products will be made on priority, and we will endeavor to ship them back earlier than our normal schedule. However it might still take 5-7 days for the replacement to be received at your end.
  • All for-exchange products related to sizing will attract a shipping charge to and fro from the ship-to address. This charge varies on the ship-to address. In India this varies from INR 200-350 and Internationally it varies from INR 3000-4000.
  • Please check Easy Return to initiate and be informed of the status of the exchange.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

 

  • We check for quality at every manufacturing step and each product goes through a thorough final inspection by the tailor who has made the product. Hence it is highly unlikely that you will receive a defective product from us.
  • In the inadvertent event that you receive a defective product or it is damaged, we will replace product with another one, only in the same size specification.
  • Please check Easy Return at the earliest when you find a damaged product and share a picture of the damage. In the event you have received a damaged product and we do not find an intimation WITHIN 3 DAYS of receipt then we will be unable to process the replacement. No size changes are allowed for damaged or defective products.
  • You will be contacted by our customer service team to schedule the pick-up and replacement. We will take care of the shipping charge.
