We want you to love your garments and wear them for a long time to come. 

• We offer free alterations / exchanges / refunds as applicable for 30 days from the time of delivery, in-store or at home. You can bring your garment to any of our stores or have it picked up at home for free within those 30 days.
• After 30 days, we charge a flat fee depending on the type of alteration you require. You can bring your garment to any of our stores or contact our customer service team for assistance. For more information on alteration rates, please read our Terms & Conditions.
• Returns and exchanges on ready-to-wear garments will only be accepted if the hangtag on the garment is intact.
• Ready-to-wear garments cannot be altered, with the exception of garment length. This is only available at stores.
• Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your garment.

We do not offer alterations / exchanges / refunds for customers based outside India.
